**Motion Designer Wanted**

We're seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about bringing narratives to life through motion and emotion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging animations, UI transitions, and promotional videos that capture the essence of our brand. A strong portfolio showcasing storytelling through UI, campaign, product, or explainer animations is essential.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to align storytelling, visual tone, and brand consistency. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing and crafting motion-driven visuals, developing storyboards and animatics, and executing animations using industry-standard tools.

To succeed in this position, you'll need a solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color, layout, and motion design best practices. A bachelor's or master's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field is required, as well as 5+ years of experience in motion graphics or a related role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and craft motion-driven visuals for UI animations, explainers, campaigns, social content, and product videos.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Art Direction teams to align storytelling, visual tone, and brand consistency.
  • Develop storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize motion concepts before execution.
  • Execute and refine animations using industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Illustrator, Rive), ensuring quality from concept to final render.
