
Senior Marketplace Development Manager

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will manage and grow our presence across various e-commerce platforms to improve visibility, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketplace Management & Sales Growth:
- Product Listings & Cataloging: Create, update, and optimize product listings across marketplaces.
- SEO & Search Optimization: Improve product discoverability by optimizing titles, descriptions, keywords, and attributes.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Track inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and coordinate with internal teams for restocking.
- Pricing & Promotions: Monitor competitor pricing, set dynamic pricing strategies, and plan promotional campaigns to boost sales.
- Order Processing & Fulfillment: Ensure smooth order flow, coordinate with logistics teams, and minimize order cancellations or returns.
- Advertising & Marketing:
- Marketplace Ads & Promotions: Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon Sponsored Ads, etc.
- Deals & Offers Management: Plan and execute lightning deals, festive promotions, and discounts to maximize visibility and sales.
- Brand Store Optimization: Enhance brand presence on marketplaces by updating banners, storefront content, and A+ content.
- Customer Experience & Retention:
- Review & Ratings Management: Monitor customer feedback, respond to queries, and improve ratings by addressing concerns proactively.
- Returns & Refunds Handling: Work closely with support teams to resolve return issues and minimize negative customer experiences.
- Loyalty & Retention Strategies: Implement customer engagement strategies to improve repeat purchase rates.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketplace management/e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Nykaa Fashion, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO for marketplaces, keyword optimization, and search ranking improvements.
- Experience in pricing strategies, competitor analysis, and inventory planning.
- Ability to analyze data, track sales trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with advertising tools on Amazon, and other marketplaces.
- Excellent coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams, logistics partners, and customer service teams.
