Job Title: Senior Storage Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled senior storage administrator to manage our mission-critical data storage environment in Riyadh, Saudi. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAN, NAS, ECS administration, ITIL processes, incident management, ServiceNow, Dell EMC, and Cisco.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 and 3 support for storage systems in a highly available environment.
  • Perform daily health checks, monitoring, and routine tasks using automated runbooks.
  • Acknowledge and triage alerts; log and update incidents in ServiceNow/BMC.
  • Execute backups/restores and routine jobs under change and supervision.
  • Escalate issues with accurate diagnostics, logs, and metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulations.
  • Participate in disaster recovery/business continuity planning exercises to maintain platform readiness.
  • Strong documentation, evidence-driven troubleshooting, and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Dell/EMC, NetApp, HPE storage certifications (associate/professional)
  • Brocade/Cisco SAN certifications; AWS S3/object storage fundamentals
