Lead Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and resourceful Lead Influencer Marketing Specialist to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.

  • Identify, build long-term relationships with relevant influencers and content creators who align with our brand's values and goals.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and partnership opportunities with influencers to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Track, measure, and analyze influencer campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of influencers and partnership opportunities to inform future campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for social media trends and influencer culture.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
