Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Support Engineer. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the industry
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in IT support or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
