
Human Resources Administrative Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced HR and Admin professional to join our team.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment, handling recruitment, employee onboarding, record maintenance, HR policy queries, employee engagement activities, leave and attendance management, general office operations, inventory, vendor relationships, IT support coordination, and travel logistics.
**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- 0-1 year experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
