We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources and Operations Manager to lead our HR strategy and oversee administrative functions across our manufacturing, export, and real estate operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and best practices to drive organisational success
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent
  • Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and performance management to ensure seamless operational execution
  • Coordinate employee engagement, training, and professional development programs to boost productivity and efficiency
  • Supervise general administration including facilities, vendor management, and office services to maintain a smooth work environment
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports for informed decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate sectors
  • Solid knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
