Project Management Professional

The Project Management Professional is a critical role within the organization, responsible for leading multiple waves or tracks of transition projects from initiation to closure. This individual reports directly to the Transition Leader and is accountable for internal and external reporting, tracking, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage active transitions as assigned.
  • Serve as the customer's single point of contact (SPOC) for all questions, decisions, actions, and updates.
  • Provide first-line escalation support for internal and customer issues.
  • Facilitate governance calls and meetings for internal and customer updates.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to the transition team.
  • Conduct assessments to gauge the training needs of the team.
  • Align with strategic business objectives to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Participate in creating and reviewing transition solutions for RFPs/RFIs and pre-sales support.
  • Identify and develop business cases, define project tasks and resource requirements, and create detailed project charters, plans, and transition plans.
  • Combine process migration activities with IT implementation.
  • Optimize transition methodology to reduce time, costs, risks, and retain/improve quality.
  • Ensure risk management by understanding business and operational risks and developing mitigation plans.
  • Maintain project management documents, including status reports, project plans, knowledge transfer documentation, and requisite approvals.
  • Support opportunity analysis, due diligence, solutioning, and sales cycles for new bids and client presentations.
Requirements:

A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a BPO/BPM background is preferred. Candidates with experience in IT transitions will not be considered for this role.
