Safety Transformation Specialist

The successful candidate will lead a comprehensive safety culture transformation project for a leading steel company with multiple business units across India. The project aims to implement operational safety transformation programs at designated sites, enhance client relationships, and promote best safety practices.
- Key responsibilities include proactively planning, directing, and implementing all aspects of the transformation program, including overseeing construction safety activities.
- The role involves engaging top management to resolve issues, managing change, establishing clear communication plans, and promoting best safety practices as part of project implementation.
- Evaluating project managers' and specialists' team performance, providing feedback to management, and organizing platforms for learning lessons and deploying them in projects are also essential tasks.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a strong background in safety culture transformation, preferably from the UK, Europe, Australia, or the Middle East. A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience and over 20 years of overall experience are required.
