Job Title: Process Safety Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Process Safety Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in process safety for offshore production facilities, high-pressure gas processing systems, and oil/water/gas separation facilities is required. This includes experience with process safety on floating production systems, LPG, LNG storage and treatment, and BOP.
  • Developing process deliverables for conceptual, FEED, and EPC projects is an essential skill for this role.
  • Preparing Hazardous Area Classification Schedule and Drawings is also a critical responsibility of the position.
  • Designing process safety for production systems like crude oil, produced water treatment, water injection, and condensate treatment is a key aspect of the job.
  • Designing process safety for utility systems such as potable water, sea water, closed cooling water, compressed air, instrument air, nitrogen, flare and vent, closed drain, chemical injection, and fuel gas treatment is also required.
  • Reviewing and providing guidance on discipline engineering and design deliverables including P&ID, datasheets is an essential part of the role.
  • Sizing of flare network and reporting using standard tools like Hysys, FlareNet is also a necessary skill for this position.

  • Proven experience in process safety engineering is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices is essential.
