Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, answering any questions they may have and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer screens and forward incoming phone calls to the relevant staff members.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

You will also maintain calendars, schedule appointments, manage meeting rooms, and assist with various clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and ordering office supplies. Additionally, you will maintain a clean, tidy, and professional reception area, monitor access to the office, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs.
