Job Title: Financial Services Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious individual to fill the position of Financial Services Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients for microfinance services, conducting field visits to evaluate their creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines during the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential clients for microfinance services
  • Conduct field visits to evaluate potential clients' creditworthiness
  • Collect and verify loan applications supporting documents and customer information
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines during the loan application process
  • Conduct financial analysis of applicants income expenses and repayment capacity
  • Educate customers about the loan process repayment terms and financial literacy
  • Monitor loan disbursements and conduct regular Centre Meetings to ensure timely repayments
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to track loan utilization and repayment progress
  • Identify and resolve cases of overdue loans including recovery activities
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records and loan files
Requirements
  • Good understanding of loan software applications
  • Understanding of KYC documents
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Well-versed in local language and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using TABs and computers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
