Job Title: Senior M&A Modelling Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting deal origination and execution by creating high-quality financial models and related pitch documents.
  • Preparing analytical support for merger and acquisitions advisory transactions, including developing business strategies and market analysis.
  • Drafting pitch materials, information memoranda, investor presentations, and term sheets to communicate complex financial information effectively.
  • Performing company, industry, market, and competitor research and due diligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensuring the quality of client deliverables through attention to detail and effective project management.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts, particularly in M&A.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, as well as strong writing and communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work effectively with senior professionals in an engagement team.
