Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Modeling Associate to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting deal origination and execution by creating high-quality financial models and related pitch documents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create accurate and comprehensive financial models to support merger and acquisitions advisory transactions.
  • Develop and build business cases for various purposes.
  • Draft pitch materials, information memoranda, investor presentations, and term sheets.
  • Conduct company, industry, market, and competitor research and due diligence.
  • Evaluate and analyze companies and financial information.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts, especially relating to M&A.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, as well as strong writing and communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
