About This Opportunity

The Property Management Team is responsible for strategically managing Target Properties to deliver value, reliability, and brand. As a Manager of Property Management, you will lead a team of up to 10 resources.

This role focuses on developing and managing end-to-end processes for Asset Portfolio management, ensuring accurate information about multi-billion dollar assets across all locations. You will be responsible for developing processes, collaborating with ops teams and stakeholders, Product and Data teams to ensure we have an accurate understanding of our assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and documenting end-to-end processes for collecting and updating Asset Portfolio information, including intake for new assets, changes, and updates.
  • Setting up operations business rules to maintain Assets based on their needs and location.
  • Managing and maintaining the process in partnership with Ops, Product, Stakeholders, and Data teams.
