Job Title: Asset Manager - Portfolio Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

1. Regularly monitor the real estate portfolio by conducting periodic asset quality reviews through site visits, data analysis, and meetings to ensure optimal performance.

2. Ensure post-disbursement compliance with sanction terms, including security perfection, charge creation, and regulatory filings for assets securing facilities.

3. Identify early warning signals of potential issues and recommend corrective actions.

4. Prepare comprehensive asset quality review notes in a timely manner, covering exposure movements, compliances, RERA projections, and actual variances.

5. Liaise with audit firms, legal vendors, and technical partners to obtain reports on time.

6.

Participate in the preparation of facility documents for disbursements.

7. Follow up on post-disbursal documents (PDD), manage MIS publication, and work on SICR reporting to NHB.

8. Handle internal and external audits, as well as process mapping and process improvement initiatives related to the business.

9. Manage NOC issuance and escrow account management.
