About the Role

We're on a mission to revolutionize relationship intelligence by building an AI-native platform that replaces static CRMs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build robust GraphQL APIs using NestJS.
  • Develop scalable, secure backend services handling large-scale data.
  • Integrate with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and DynamoDB.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and data teams to deliver full-stack features.
  • Write modular, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Build and manage microservices and background workers.
  • Use Docker and Kubernetes for development, testing, and deployment.
  • Maintain code quality with unit and integration testing (Jest, SuperTest, etc.).
  • Design, build, and maintain backend services with AWS.
  • Develop efficient queries and data models in Postgres and DynamoDB.
  • Implement containerized applications using Docker.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency with AWS services.
  • Strong knowledge of Postgres and DynamoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
