About the Role

Roc360-RCH-Service-India is a leading vertically integrated digital financial services platform and lender, facilitating residential real estate loans for professional investors in the US.

We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to lead our India-based team that underwrites deals for the US market. The successful candidate will have experience in credit analysis, particularly in the real estate industry, and exposure to the US market will be advantageous.

The role involves close collaboration with the Credit Committee in New York to ensure seamless functioning of the credit function. Ideal candidates will have a strong finance or economics background, with additional qualifications such as CFA Level 2+ or FRM Level 2 being beneficial.

Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality credit analysis, training and mentoring the team to meet underwriting quality metrics, managing daily underwriting pipelines and queues, and serving as the first point of contact for escalated or complex scenarios.

  • Lead the India-based Credit Analyst team responsible for US market underwriting.
  • Collaborate with the Credit Committee in New York to guarantee smooth credit operations.
  • Ensure rigorous credit analysis quality, provide guidance and support to the team to meet underwriting standards.
  • Manage daily underwriting activities, including pipeline and queue optimization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated or complex cases.
