Key Responsibilities:

  4. Institutionalize Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to measure performance across Financial, Customer, Internal Process, and Learning & Growth perspectives.">

Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Framework:

  2. Develop BSC-based scorecards at organization, department, and individual levels.">
  3. Define SMART KPIs across all four BSC dimensions:
    - Financial: Revenue per employee, cost reduction initiatives.
    - Customer: Client satisfaction scores, project delivery metrics.
    - Internal Processes: Operational efficiency, compliance adherence.
    - Learning & Growth: Training hours, innovation participation, succession readiness.">

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.">
  • 8–12 years in HR with a strong focus on Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard implementation.">
  • Industry Preference: Electronics, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Manufacturing.">
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in BSC, PMS modules of HRMS systems, Excel, analytics, and dashboard tools.">
  • Behavioural Competencies:
    - Strategic thinking and execution capability.
    - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    - Ability to manage dual reporting and multiple business expectations.">
