Job Title: Design Manager

 

Job Description:

As a Business Manager of Design and Operations, you will oversee the management of helping partners (Franchise Owners) and their teams in sales and design processes as well as operational communication.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist partners in sales funnel management to achieve higher conversion rates.
  • Manage the designing of 12 to 15 projects per month.
  • Oversee work output of Partner and Team for 5 Stores.
  • Help partners hire IDs by conducting technical interviews.
  • Train designers to achieve predictable sales and design output.
  • Cultivate customer experience and relationships.
  • Collaborate with Category Teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback.
  • Guide and manage coordination with vendors and business partners through project completion.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Architecture or Interior Design, along with a post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management from a Tier I institute.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • A tech-savvy professional with experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
