Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative visions that meet the high standards of our studio
  • Oversee one to multiple projects and workflow streams
  • Pursue new opportunities and partnerships with existing clients
  • Contribute to external initiatives and promote our agency's value proposition
  • Inspire and motivate colleagues through leadership and best practices
  • Travel occasionally to client sites worldwide
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team, ensuring regular check-ins and performance reviews

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a design agency or product design business
  • Proven track record of managing teams and coaching colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire leadership and drive growth
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
