Business Development Collections Specialist

This is an exciting chance to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact in the field of collections. As a Management Trainee, you will play a crucial role in managing all collection and dispute resolution activities in accounts receivable and related settlement processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collections: You will be responsible for collecting invoices and managing all related processes.
- Dispute Resolution: You will identify and resolve disputes to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Account Reconciliation: You will reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and fairness in transactions.
- Credit Balance Disposition: You will handle credit balances in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Unclaimed Property Administration: You will manage unclaimed property to prevent losses and maintain compliance.
- Effective Communication: You will communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to achieve collection goals.
- Quality Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree: A relevant degree is essential for this role.
- Relevant Work Experience: Prior experience in collections or a related field is highly valued.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are necessary to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Able to Learn ERP Systems: The ability to learn and adapt to new systems is crucial for this role.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You will need to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
