Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Server Database Administrator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have strong database administration skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently drive projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments.
  • Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance.
  • Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real-time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
  • Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes for efficiency and cost optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in SQL Server Database management, High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), Replication.
  • 5+ years of experience in Database Tuning, Migration, Upgrades, patching on On-Prem and Azure DBs.
  • Strong English verbal and writing skills.
