  • Job Description:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning plans that align with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and define learning outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in Learning Enablement, Organizational Development, or similar roles
  • Proven track record of influencing business outcomes through learning programs
  • Strong strategic thinking, builder mindset, and high empathy
  • Masters in HR, Psychology, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
