Main Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with HR heads, recruiters, and industry partners.
  • Organize campus drives, interviews, and placement events.
  • Maintain placement dashboards and hiring trackers.
  • IDentify and onboard new corporate partners for training and hiring collaborations.
  • Design proposals and partnership frameworks aligned with corporate needs.
  • Support client companies with consulting-driven HR and talent solutions.
