Lead Generation Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented individual with strong research skills? We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze lead lists provided daily and filter based on predefined criteria.
  • Research and validate lead data (contact info, industry, company details, etc.).
  • Identify decision-makers and pass on qualified leads to the marketing team.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all leads shared.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality over time.

Requirements:

  • Freshers/Interns from any discipline (Business/Commerce/Management/IT preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Basic online research skills (LinkedIn, directories, company websites).
  • Good communication skills.
