System Engineer Position

This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in administration and implementation of collaboration tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and optimizing collaboration systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Recording and managing changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes to maintain system integrity.
  • Ensuring system security by implementing standards and responding to failures or performance issues.
  • Producing performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management.
  • Writing technical documentation and collaborating on ongoing issues and projects.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5-7+yrs technology support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Extensive experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform to build and deploy services.
