Our organization is seeking a skilled MEP Manager to lead and oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a Semiconductor manufacturing facility. This position requires expertise in cleanroom environments, critical utilities, and complex infrastructure.

The MEP Manager will be responsible for design coordination, execution, quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery of all MEP systems.

  • Lead and manage all MEP activities (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and process piping) for the semiconductor project.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards, and client requirements.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes/standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SEMI standards, etc.) and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules, control budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and coordination issues across multiple disciplines.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to deliver the project within timelines and cost targets.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor / high-tech / cleanroom projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
