Lead Project Manager Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • To lead cross-functional teams in achieving project objectives.
  • To identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
  • To manage and resolve project-related issues, escalating as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of Global Capability Center functions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Planview, JIRA, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global team environment.
