Financial Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
The role of an Accounting Professional is crucial in handling financial operations for the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, preparing invoices, bills, receipts, and journal entries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Management
- Record daily financial transactions including donations, staff reimbursements, and operational expenses.
- Reconcile bank accounts, hundi offering, and petty cash on a regular basis.
- Prepare and process financial reports for the region.
- Liaise with regional teams to clarify reimbursements, expenses, and financial queries.
- Assist internal and external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.
- Support preparation of budgets and forecasts for the region.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, auditing, and reporting standards.
- Fluent in Hindi and English (oral & written).
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with regional teams.
