About the Role:

The Floor Supervisor will oversee daily floor activities, ensuring all games and attractions are operational. This includes supervising gaming attendants, cashiers, and support staff during shifts. The successful candidate will also monitor customer flow, manage waiting times, and resolve service-related issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Assist with stock management.
  • Customer Experience:

  • Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or gaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
