About this role:
The Assistant Manager - Quality & Accreditation will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of quality management systems across hospital operations. This role demands driving accreditation processes, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, leading quality audits, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in patient care and safety.
- Ensure continuous compliance with NABH and other accreditation standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for accreditation audits and inspections.
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits and assessments.
- Monitor and analyze quality indicators, patient safety metrics, and incident reports.
- Implement and track quality improvement programs across departments.
- Train and sensitize hospital staff on quality policies, SOPs, and accreditation standards.
- Liaise with clinical and non-clinical departments for corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain a database for audit findings, CAPA tracking, and reporting to leadership.
- Lead root cause analyses (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational and clinical quality.
