
Quality Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee hospital-wide quality improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, and other healthcare accreditation standards.
- Conduct regular audits, assessments, and gap analyses to maintain quality benchmarks.
- Establish patient safety protocols and monitor clinical outcomes.
- Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff to enhance service efficiency and patient care.
- Develop and implement SOPs for hospital processes to ensure standardization.
- Address patient feedback and grievances to improve service quality.
- Train hospital staff on quality protocols, infection control, and patient safety measures.
- Monitor hospital hygiene, biomedical waste management, and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on quality indicators, accreditation renewals, and compliance status.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hospital accreditation and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience in handling hospital audits and quality certifications.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in NABH, JCI, or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is an added advantage.
- Experience in healthcare operations and quality assurance.
