Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee hospital-wide quality improvement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, and other healthcare accreditation standards.
  • Conduct regular audits, assessments, and gap analyses to maintain quality benchmarks.
  • Establish patient safety protocols and monitor clinical outcomes.
  • Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff to enhance service efficiency and patient care.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for hospital processes to ensure standardization.
  • Address patient feedback and grievances to improve service quality.
  • Train hospital staff on quality protocols, infection control, and patient safety measures.
  • Monitor hospital hygiene, biomedical waste management, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on quality indicators, accreditation renewals, and compliance status.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of hospital accreditation and regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience in handling hospital audits and quality certifications.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in NABH, JCI, or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is an added advantage.
  • Experience in healthcare operations and quality assurance.
