We are seeking an experienced professional to drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and ensure high-quality deliverables across finance and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
- Drive operational excellence and standardization across finance and accounting processes, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
- Identify process gaps, implement corrective actions, and ensure sustained improvements through data-driven decision making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, accuracy, and efficiency, aligning with business objectives.
- Prepare and present quality reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review and strategic planning.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to build a quality and process improvement culture within the organization.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting (P2P, O2C, R2R) with a strong track record of process improvement.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
