We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Quality professional to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will oversee the quality assurance processes during their designated shift, ensuring that all production activities meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage quality control processes during assigned shifts to ensure adherence to product specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments of production processes and outputs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality-related issues and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, generating reports to track performance, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance procedures, practices, and tools, fostering a culture of quality awareness.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and compliance with quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems and documentation as per ISO and other relevant standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to minimize defects and enhance product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations within the workplace.
