Job Description

We are seeking a professional with expertise in process improvement to drive efficiency, reduce waste and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for process transformation, working closely with stakeholders to deliver value-generating initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement, conduct root cause analysis, and implement digital solutions.
  • Support the operationalization of lean principles across the organization, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct value stream mapping, Gemba walks and floor walks to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Lead workshops and Kaizen events to drive innovation and improvements in end-to-end processes.
  • Deliver projects that drive significant business impact, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
  • Develop and implement quality awareness programs and lean training initiatives within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; CA or ICWA / MBA preferred.
  • Relevant years of experience in a Transformation role.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
  • Deep domain knowledge in multiple R2R processes such as month-end close activities including intercompany reconciliations fixed assets financial planning & analysis (FP&A) etc.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience designing and driving small to large-scale improvement and transformation projects.
  • Strong consultative partnering skills with senior leadership.
  • Digital transformation experience with ability to design, implement and administer digital transformation projects.
  • Able to identify waste and streamline processes.
  • Self-driven with ability to drive outcomes independently.
