Key Business Development Role

This position requires a seasoned business professional to drive the development and delivery of high-quality business proposals that align with our offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing proposal processes from start to finish.

The selected individual will be responsible for leading the end-to-end proposal process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all submissions meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage business proposals for corporate clients, government bodies, and academic institutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and tech teams to design customized solutions and offerings.
  • Write and edit proposals that effectively communicate value propositions in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of proposal content for faster turnaround times.
  • Track proposal outcomes, analyze feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Ensure branding, consistency, and quality standards are maintained across all submissions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and proposal management.
  • Strong business writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical details into client-focused narratives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
