Your Role:

We seek a motivated, results-driven Bid Manager to join our Sales Operations team.

The successful candidate will lead the development of proposal responses to RFx, tenders, pre-sales vendor compliance questionnaires, and security assessments.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, persistence, and coachability, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals.

  • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposal responses
  • Oversee the end-to-end proposal development process
  • Develop all proposal response materials
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to proposal development and submission

 

The Team:

We're dedicated to pushing the boundaries of cybersecurity threat detection and prevention.

Our Sales Operation Team members support our sales account managers and systems engineers to assist in large organization's migrations to more secure cybersecurity.

Sales operations work behind the scenes to ensure seamless sales relationships.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 10+ years' experience managing compliant, compelling proposal responses
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals
  • Experience using Responsive (formerly RFPIO proposal automation software) and Asana is preferred
  • Ability to deconstruct requirements and develop a compliance matrix
  • Strong business and IT modernization acumen
