Job Overview:

This role oversees and optimizes end-to-end business operations while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

The Operations Excellence Manager involves client management, people & performance management, and cross-functional team leadership with a focus on process efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational excellence frameworks to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Create tailored operational frameworks for the vertical to enhance process efficiency.
  • Establish detailed key performance indicator tables across all businesses in the e-commerce domain.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve internal business and operational processes.
  • Eliminate waste and improve efficiency through automation and innovation.
  • Engage employees in operational excellence initiatives.
  • Provide support to process owners, including people management, performance tracking, and ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
  • Coordinate headcount management at the client site.

Project Management Skills:

  • Oversee multiple projects across different lines of business, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Lead a team of 20+ members, including Business Analysts, Process Excellence Leads, and content developers.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture by setting clear goals and driving accountability.

Operational and Process Excellence:

  • Identify process gaps and implement efficiency-driven solutions to improve workflows and service delivery.
  • Work closely with Process Excellence Analysts to standardize operations, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Use data insights to track performance, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with internal and client-defined SLAs.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Minimum 2+ Years of Experience as Assistant Manager or Manager
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Project/Program Management Skills
  • Extensive Understanding of Mistake-Proofing and Automation Tools
  • Lean Six Sigma GB Certified (or BB Trained)
  • E-Commerce/Internet Industry Experience
