Job Opportunity: Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team. This role will be instrumental in partnering with cross-functional teams, driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and creating efficiencies through optimizations across the business.

About the Role
  • Lead financial planning processes across business units, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives including optimizations and cost control, leveraging advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–6 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, as well as business analysis.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements and concepts, with ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of SQL, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies, with experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Prior involvement in margin improvement or cost optimization initiatives, with strong communication and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and driving clarity.
