Job Title: Fashion Creative Lead

We are seeking a talented Fashion Creative Lead to join our team and shape the future of our womenswear collections.

The role requires a dynamic mix of creative vision, technical precision, and collaborative spirit to bring designs to life that embody our brand's identity and connect deeply with our customer.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative, detail-rich pieces that balance experimental chic aesthetics with functionality, quality, and sustainability.
  • Develop seasonal collections that feel modern, experimental, and relevant to our customer.
  • Contribute to trend integration by experimenting with fabrics, finishes, and techniques while keeping our DNA intact.
  • Lead fittings and mock-ups to ensure garments are as functional as they are experimental.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Fashion Design or a related creative discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in womenswear (RTW preferred).
  • Solid foundation in textiles, garment construction, and fit.
  • A designer with a contemporary and experimental eye.
  • Bonus: skills in styling, fashion illustration, or art direction.
