About the Founder

  • Punj Rajan IIT Kharagpur graduate, ex-BCG
  • Backed by leading investors: Kae Capital and marquee angels including Harsha
  • (CEO, Swiggy), Malini (CEO, The Deconstruct), Rinshul (ex-COO, Zomato) etc.
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology and brand building

About the Role

This is a founding seat at the table, where your work will influence brand aesthetics and if

done well will create iconic designs.

As our Founding Fashion Design Lead, you will:

  • Own the visual language of the brand: across apparel silhouettes, graphic drops
  • Create story-driven collections that resonate globally but are born in India
  • Work closely with suppliers to make products come to life
  • In person, in office role in Bangalore

Who You Are

  • You live at the intersection of design, content, and culture
  • Obsessed with global streetwear, subcultures, art, and internet trends
  • Prior experience in fashion, design studios, or creative direction
  • (streetwear/fashion/creative agency background preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Strong eye for visual identity, fashion design, and digital storytelling
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, risk doesn't scare you, instead it excites you
