
Government Sales Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales of hardware and infrastructure projects within the government sector. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for hardware infrastructure and industry infrastructure projects.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the government sectors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of hardware infrastructure projects, including CCTV installation, LAN setup, and basic data center setups.
- C coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 -20 years of experience in Government sales and project management within the hardware and infrastructure as industry as concern.
- Proven track record of managing government bids and tenders.
- Strong technical background in CCTV surveillance , Hardware & Networking , data center infrastructure and @ICT projects.
- Excellent knowledge of government procurement processes and bid portals.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
