We're looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Software Development Specialist. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from building core features to experimenting with new technologies.

About the Role

This is an exciting position for someone who is eager to learn and take on new challenges. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for owning client relationships, understanding their needs, and translating those into actionable product plans.

You'll work closely with our founding team to design, build, and scale core initiatives, using your technical skills to bring ideas to life. This includes working with JavaScript, APIs, and back-end systems to create innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationships: Own the end-to-end client experience, understanding their pain points, and helping to translate those into product plans.
  2. Pipeline Setup: Support the setup of pipelines, integrations, and real-time systems to drive business growth.
  3. Feature Development: Collaborate with founders and engineers to design and build core features, using your technical expertise to drive innovation.
  4. Technical Skills: Work hands-on with JavaScript, APIs, and back-end systems to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
  5. Experimentation: Contribute to experiments, tech spikes, and new initiatives from scratch, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
  6. Support Functions: Pitch in wherever needed, from debugging flows to shaping early product specs.
