
Customer Service Advocate

A Chat Support Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support via chat channels. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of our product offerings, and the ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales Conversion Experience: Proven experience in sales conversion, preferably in the beauty and lifestyle sector.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-Driven: Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
- CMS and Office Suite: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
