Learner Advocate

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Product Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to learners, resolving queries in real-time, and helping them achieve their goals.

As a Product Support Specialist, you will be the go-to person for addressing learner concerns, supporting live sessions, tracking engagement data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the learning experience.

• Livestream Support: Act as the first point of contact for learners during live sessions, resolving doubts in real-time and providing prompt responses to queries.
• Data Management: Track and manage learner data using Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Docs, ensuring accurate records and seamless collaboration.
• Content Creation: Develop learner-facing materials such as solution videos, session notes, slide decks, and FAQs, to enhance the learning experience.
• Query Repository: Organize and maintain a repository of common learner queries, enabling efficient issue resolution.
• Quality Assurance: Review recorded sessions for quality assurance and identify areas for improvement.
• Training and Onboarding: Support new users and internal team members through training and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition.

• Skill Set: Proven expertise in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration, with experience in modern tools and technologies.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
