We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our dynamic team at True Tech Professionals. As an integral part of our growth strategy, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, bidding on, and securing projects on the Upwork platform.
Job DescriptionYour primary focus will be on building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their project requirements, and presenting compelling proposals that align with our expertise.
- Bid Strategy: Actively search for and bid on relevant projects on Upwork that match our core competencies and service offerings.
- Client Engagement: Analyze client requirements and collaborate with our internal team to ensure proposals address client needs.
- Proposal Writing: Write well-researched, personalized, and professional proposals to maximize response rates and increase project win rates.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with prospective clients to clarify project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
To succeed in this role, you will need to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our services, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure competitive positioning.
Requirements- Experience: Proven experience as a Bidder on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
- Skill Set: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong understanding of Upwork's bidding process, algorithms, and platform dynamics.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to craft tailored proposals that resonate with clients' needs and highlight our value proposition.
- Familiarity: Familiarity with IT services, software development, mobile app development, and related domains is a plus.
This role is open to remote applicants; however, we prefer candidates from the Chandigarh Tricity area.
Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 depending on experience and performance.
