We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our dynamic team. As an Upwork Bidder, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, bidding on, and securing projects on the Upwork platform. Your focus will be on building relationships with potential clients, understanding their project requirements, and presenting compelling proposals that align with our expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively search for and bid on relevant projects on Upwork that match our core competencies and service offerings.
- Analyze client requirements and collaborate with the internal team to ensure proposals address client needs.
- Write well-researched, personalized, and professional proposals to maximize response rates and increase project win rates.
- Communicate effectively with prospective clients to clarify project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our services, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure competitive positioning.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by maintaining consistent follow-ups and providing exceptional pre-sales support.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for project acquisition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bidder on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Upwork's bidding process, algorithms, and platform dynamics.
- Ability to craft tailored proposals that resonate with clients’ needs and highlight our value proposition.
- Familiarity with IT services, software development, mobile app development, and related domains is a plus.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Experience - 2-3 Years.
Location - Remote but Chandigarh Tricity candidates preferred
