Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our hotel's housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

  • Manage and direct all housekeeping activities, establishing standards and procedures for the team
  • Plan work schedules to ensure adequate service, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency
  • Direct and control housekeeping operations and staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the executive housekeeper to develop and implement effective housekeeping strategies
  2. Recruit, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards
  3. Analyze and address any housekeeping issues or concerns, implementing solutions to improve service and quality
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports on housekeeping activities, identifying areas for improvement
