Key Responsibilities:
  • Own retention, revenue, and upgrade metrics for specific user segments
  • Improve conversion with offers and efficiency enhancement
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve new user acquisition
  • Plan, execute, and measure growth experiments and conversion tests
  • Analyze key performance metrics and drive business results
  • Manage internal resources to deliver, monitor, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs against targets

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Internet/Ecommerce
  • Gaming environment expertise is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with managing comms on push/in-app/SMS channels
  • Hands-on experience with creating content/copy for comms channels
  • Experience with CleverTap or similar platforms for creating custom reporting, experiments, goals, and filters
  • Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience managing Customer Lifecycle in an app-based business
